In return for 15 hours youth work (approx. 7½ hours contact time and 7½ hours preparation and reflection), the InspYre project offers:

Free accommodation

The Project will provide free accommodation, including gas, electricity and water, in a single room in a house shared by the InspYre students.  The house is situated centrally in the circuit.

Travel to your college

Travelling expenses are paid to compulsory teaching sessions at your college and to timetabled youth work activities.

Contribution towards living expenses

Currently £2320 per annum. 

Professional and pastoral support

There will be regular meetings with the Project Manager to discuss all aspects of your work, both practical and academic. 

Pastoral support will be provided by the minister of your placement church or by another appropriately-qualified person.
